Golden West Properties is a California based private equity real estate fund formed in 1977 by Michael and Tom Pashaie. Over the past thirty years, Golden West Properties has been responsible for organizing and managing real estate investment partnerships and joint ventures valued in excess of $600 million. Our management of a diverse portfolio including high quailty retail, office, medical, marina/waterfront, industrial and multi-family real estate. We invest in highly promising, yet currently underdeveloped opportunities in California and Neveda and work tirelessly to enhance and reposition our assets for long term holdings.
